General Power of Attorney

R250.00

A document whereby a Principal grants to a Agent, power of attorney or a mandate to act on his/her behalf and setting out the scope of the Agent’s authority.

A basic General Power of Attorney appointing Agent(s) to act on behalf of their Principal(s) and setting out the specific powers conferred upon them.
