A basic General Power of Attorney appointing Agent(s) to act on behalf of their Principal(s) and setting out the specific powers conferred upon them.
Note: A person must have the legal capacity (i.e. be of sound mind) to enter into a valid Power of Attorney. Once a person is no longer of sound mind (such as a person perhaps with Dementia, alzheimers etc), then a legal Power of Attorney cannot be signed and any previously signed Power of Attorney’s automatically terminates.
